The CSC Ontario provides services in two ways; through Individual Support (based on Sport Canada AAP carding and/or national team status) or through Partnered Sports.
The CSC Ontario provides programs & services to eligible high performance athletes in the areas of performance services, life services and support services that assist in the athletes' general well being and holistic development. The CSC Ontario has established a network of expert service providers throughout the province, to service athletes close to their training environment.
The CSC Ontario will cover the cost of service accessed by athletes after other extended health care coverage has been exhausted. There are some limits to the amount of usage, which is determined by the current status of the athlete.
SportScience services are available primarily only through training group partnerships. Gold level athletes may have access to SportScience services if they are not affiliated to a training group partnership.
