Chris Rudge - Chair
Chris Rudge was recently named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the 2012 Grey Cup Festival awarded to the City of Toronto and the Toronto Argonauts Football Club. Prior to this Chris was Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Olympic Committee and for the last two years he has served as Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Own the Podium initiative. Chris is and has been on a number of boards including The Paxen Group Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada, and the Vancouver Organizing Committee for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. 

Dan Thompson - Director
Dan Thompson was a gold medalist in the 100 metre butterfly at the 1978 and 1982 Commonwealth Games, attended two World Championships and was a member of 1980 Boycotted Moscow Canadian Olympic Team. In 2004 Dan helped to rebuild the sport he loves by serving as Volunteer President of Swimming Natation Canada and after four years is now serving as Vice President. In 2004 Dan joined Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities as president, a charity that provides financially disadvantaged kids, ranging in age from 4 to 18, the opportunity to participate in organized sport and recreation.

Dr. Doug Richards - Director
Dr. Doug Richards is the Head Sport Physician with the David L. MacIntosh Sport Medicine Clinic at the University of Toronto, where he has worked with a number of high performance athletes. As well as being a former board member with CSC Ontario, Doug was also involved in the successful bid to host the Pan/Parapan American Games in Ontario. 

Kathryn Ann Giffen - Secretary
Kathryn Ann Giffen was recently appointed to a four year term as Chair of Women's College Hospital. Prior to this Giffen was Head of Strategy and Planning for RBC Financial Group's Canadian Personal & Business markets and has served on several boards including RBC Financial Group's Subsidiaries' Board of Directors.

Therese Anne Quigley - Director
Therese Anne Quigley is the current Director of Sport & Recreation Services at the University of Western Ontario. Prior to accepting this post, Therese became the first female director of University Athletics and Recreation, with the position of Director of Athletics and Recreation at McMaster University. Quigley also coached women's volleyball at Universities of Alberta and McMaster. In addition to her numerous positions with professional and volunteer associations, Therese was also on the 2015 Pan Am - Hamilton bid preparation committee.

Vicky Sunohara - Director
Vicky Sunohara was once considered the best female ice hockey player in the world, winning numerous medals at several Winter Olympics. Besides the Winter Olympics she has represented Canada in various international ice hockey competitions. Vickey donates a considerable amount of time to charitable organizations. She served as Spokesperson for Youth Assisting Youth and recently has been involved in organizations such as the YMCA, Right-to-Play and Kidsport.

Dale Hooper - Director
Dale Hooper is Vice President of Marketing for PepsiCo Beverages Canada. He has more than 17 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry with PepsiCo, Frito Lay Canada, and Cadbury Chocolate Canada. He has developed products, marketing programs, and advertising campaigns that have been adapted in many countries around the world. Dale also has extensive experience in Partnership Marketing. He has worked with all the major sports organizations, record labels and networks. Many of the programs have won Canadian Marketing and Promo Awards.
