The practitioner is concerned with the relationship between the spine and the nervous system of the human body as they relate. The practitioner can provide spinal manipulation and some are certified in Active Release Techniques (ART).

| Massage Therapy |
The practitioner applies manual techniques (soft tissue) and therapies (series of actions), with the intention of achieving or increasing health and wellness through deep muscle massage. Often used in recovery and regeneration.

| Media Relations |
Provides information to communicate effectively with the media.

| Mental Training |
The practitioner can teach athletes mental skills to enhance their performance such as imagery, concentration strategies, pre-competition planning and goal setting.

| Nutrition |
The practitioner applies nutrition principles to benefit the athlete's training and performance. Nutrition and physical training are connected and success depends on meeting day-to-day nutritional needs by improving ones performance through proper nutrition and correct supplementation.

| Personal Counseling |
Counselling services are provided to athletes who have difficulties such as depression, panic attacks, disordered eating, stress management, or transition.

| Physiological Assessment |
Physiological testing specific to your sport and needs may include blood lactate, anthropometric testing, flexibility assessment, VO2 max and strength and power testing. Call the CSC Ontario for a referral.

| Physiotherapy |
The practitioner treats injuries and dysfunctions with exercises and other physical treatments.

| Sport Medicine Clinic |
These are clinics that have a sport medicine physician (CASM) on staff as well as a variety of other practitioners to provide rehabilitation services (i.e. physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage).

The strength and conditioning specialist offers full strength training and cardiovascular training. They will prepare a program that will meet the specific needs of the athlete.

This is an academic support service provided to those who are having difficulties in their post secondary education.
